Natural Extremes is a family business run by Aliy Zirkle, her sister Kaz Zirkle and Aliy's husband Allen Moore.

Aliy Zirkle has been in Alaska since 1992. In 2000, she became the first woman to win the 1000 Mile Yukon Quest International Sled Dog Race. She has since then set her sights on winning the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race. She is a well respected dog breeder, trainer and racer. Her kennel, SP Kennel, is home to 50 Alaskan Husky Sled Dogs. A veteran musher of the Iditarod, the Yukon Quest and many shorter races, Aliy leads week-long vacation adventures and teaches her skills worldwide when she is not racing. Kaz Zirkle moved from the remote Caribbean to Alaska permanently in 2000. Previously, she spent half the year as a trainer, handler and kennel manager for Skunk's Place Kennel (SP Kennel) and the other half as a wildlife photographer, adventure tour director and 100 Ton Boat Captain. Today, she manages the kennel during the winter and pilots an authentic sternwheeler on the Alaskan rivers during the summer months. She has been in the Adventure Travel Industry for 15 years and prides herself on delivering the adventure of your dreams.

Allen Moore move to Alaska in 1988 and began racing sprint sled dogs. In the last 5 years, he has begun racing middistance races and has become one of the top in the field. He won the callenging Copper Basin 300 in 2005. He has travelled all over Alaska by dog team, boat, ATV 4 wheeler and foot. He has vast knowledge of mushing, animals and the environment.
